Dr Gigi Foster is an Associate Professor with the School of Economics at the University of New South Wales. She works in many literatures, including education, social influence, corruption, lab experiments, time use, behavioural economics, and Australian policy, publishing in a wide variety of economics and multidisciplinary outlets. In 2013 she published a broad behavioral-economics treatise with Cambridge University Press, An Economic Theory of Greed, Love, Groups, and Networks, joint with Paul Frijters. Gigi holds a 2017 national Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning, co-hosts a national economics radio program with Peter Martin on ABC RN, and is a member of the World Wellbeing Panel and an inaugural member of Australia’s National Economic Panel.
