Filippo has 15 plus years of experience working in government and international organisations. At the OECD, Filippo has been co-leading the work that the Organisation has been developing on the application of behavioural insights to public policy and co-ordinated and co-authored Behavioural Insights and Public Policy: Lessons from Around the World, a global mapping of applications of behavioural insights to public policy around the world. Filippo has also co-led the development of the OECD work on the organisational performance and independence of regulatory agencies. He also works extensively on good regulatory practice and public sector reform in Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining the OECD, Filippo worked for a number of years at the World Bank, advising governments in Central Asia, Europe and Latin America, and in the French National Assembly where he was also a member of the team advising the President of the National Assembly. Filippo holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
