The inaugural residency involved Dr David Halpern and the Behavioural Insights Team.  The current residency involves Professor Iris Bohnet and Dr Jeni Klugman who are working with VicHealth to trial ways in which Victorian sporting organisations, media outlets and workplaces can boost gender equality.

In 2015, Jerril was named Victorian winner of the Government and Academia category at the prestigious Telstra Victoria Business Woman of the Year Awards. She was named in The Australian Financial Review and Westpac 100 Women of Influence in the Public Policy category for 2016.  In 2018 she became a Board Director of the Western Bulldogs Football Club.
