
Dr Iseult Cremen is a Manager at the NSW Behavioural Insights Unit, where her work has focused on gender, employment and building public sector capability in behavioural insights. Iseult has over 10 years’ experience working in behavioural science, psychology and research. Prior to joining the NSW BIU, Iseult worked as a behavioural science consultant, researcher and project manager with the Behavioural Insights Team and The Behavioural Architects, working with Australian state and commonwealth government partners on a range of behavioural challenges in the areas of gender and diversity, transport, energy and the environment, industry and health. Iseult has both a BA and a PhD in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, where she explored behavioural interventions to support cognitive health in older adults.
