In this course you will dive into the world of behavioural economics by exploring, the basics of behavioural insights, how these ideas can be applied in a government context, as well as an introduction to designing and evaluating behavioural insights interventions. You’ll also learn about the work of BETA – the Behavioural Economics Team of the Australian Government.
There’s six learning modules, each with interactive quizzes to measure understanding, and a test with certificate at the end. This course takes approximately about two hours in total – but you can save your progress and do it at your own pace.

In this course you will explore BETA’s four project states stages of Discover, Diagnose, Design and Deliver and see how a behavioural insights project progresses from start to finish.
The course consists of four modules with a range of quizzes, activities and resources, followed by a test at the end. The course takes approximately one hour. You can work through it at your own pace and save your progress as you go. At the end you will be able to complete a test and receive a certificate.
