Alexander is a Research Fellow in the Social and Financial Portfolio at BehaviourWorks Australia. He has worked with Australian organisations and government departments in building behavioural insights capacity, including creating an evidence-informed toolkit to scale up behaviour change interventions.

Dr Trish Lavery

Dr Trish Lavery

Trish is a Senior Strategic Analyst in the Executive Director’s office of the OECD. She uses a combination of behavioural insights, design thinking, and change management techniques to support a culture of continuous improvement across all corporate services of the OECD. Prior to her role at the OECD, Trish worked for 10 years in the Australian Government's environment directorate, including as a behavioural insights practitioner.

Dr Stefan Kaufman

Stefan is a Senior Research Fellow in the Environment Portfolio at BehaviourWorks Australia. He was consulted on the OECD BASIC framework and is a contributor to the International Science Council’s Missions for Science report.  He researches how a behavioural lens can help us navigate societal challenges and opportunities.

Professor Alex Haslam

Professor Alex Haslam

Alex is Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology and Australian Laureate Fellow at the University of Queensland. His research focusses on the study of group and identity processes in organisational, social, and health contexts. He has received a range of major awards from scientific bodies in Australia, the US, UK and Europe for contributions to Social, Organisational, Political and Health Psychology.
